The La Cense steaks caused a stir when they arrived at the office. My co-workers are blasé about wine samples, but styrofoam boxes and ice packs still draw a crowd. The steaks and hamburger patties had a deep red color, and the leanness of the New York Strip was obvious: a thin strip of fat along the side, and an even but light marbling of fat in the meat itself. The pasture diet keeps the cows trim.With all of these chefs coming from the same cooking and Tiffany jewelry culture,they all have similar philosophies, techniques and ideas.Their Tiffany jewelry all has the same polish.Their plating looks the same across the board.The dishes that are being churned out each and every episode look very familiar to me.Why? Because I have seen them all before.Every Friday and Saturday night while eating out in New York City.

More importantly JFI is not about the themes, it is about celebrating the natural ingredients, that we use for everyday cooking - one at a time.
This new event - “Jihvā for Ingredients (JFI)” is for me, as well as for you Tiffany jewelry bloggers who wanted to host an event once in a while. Just like IMBB and SHF, it is a rotating event, that means instead of only one host all the time, different Tiffany jewelry blogger would host the event every month.
