Coverage of the slowdown in the organic dairy market was also poignantly featured in the pages of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on July 3rd, the same day the Post’s investigative report ran. In an e-mail that came in yesterday, their public relations specialist said they had no current lack of chicken wings but that consumers might want to act quickly as the four different flavors of wings were flying out of the stores.According to the e-mail, flavors include Buffalo Style Wings, Wild Buffalo Style Wings (spicier? gamier? who knows?), Hot ‘n’ Spicy and Honey Barbecue. Looking for a good resource for low carb cooking? My friend Kalyn Denny has amassed quite a collection of recipes appropriate for those on the South Beach Diet. Kalyn’s approach to food and cooking is similar to what you find here on Simply Recipes, in other words, whole foods, simply and well prepared, for the home cook. Kalyn and I both share a love of gardening (although her garden is much bigger than mine), cooking, and sharing with our friends and loved ones, the fruits of our labor.
